Talk: Make it Cool to Care by Sofie Riise Nors

How do we create a culture where it’s cool to listen to our own needs and take responsibility for one another? Author and illustrator Sofie Riise Nors takes us on a thought-provoking journey through contemporary feminist and sexual ideals—challenging us to reexamine what truly matters.

The evening offers sharp perspectives, honest conversations, and a glimpse into the feminist struggle from the Redstocking era to the fourth wave. How can we make it “cool to care” in a world that often celebrates the opposite? And how can we create space to openly discuss our real desires?

About Sofie Riise Nors: Sofie graduated from Designschool Kolding with a BA in Communicationsdesign in 2017. In 2019 she illustrated the feminist debate book Gode Kasser (Gyldendal) by Ditte Hansen and Louise Mieritz. She made her debut as a graphic novelist in 2021 with the 4th wave feminist cult classic Sexmagasinet Vol. 1 (Cobolt). In 2024 she published Jeg var din muse (Cobolt) about the violent and romanticized relationships between historical mythical and popcultural muses and their artists.

Join us for an inspiring evening filled with insights, debate, and the opportunity to ask questions.
