With support from TrygFonden, Campus Kolding will in collaboration with the youth organization GROW train well-being ambassadors.<\/strong><\/p> A growing number of Danish youth report feelings of loneliness and experiences of discontent, according to B\u00f8rns Vilk\u00e5r. With 347,800 DKK from TrygFonden, Campus Kolding aims to enhance students well-being in Kolding by training well-being ambassadors across the educational institutions with practical tools. The program is free with an obligation that they contribute voluntarily for 15 hours per month. <\/p> The program is led by Klaus and Amalie-L\u00e6rke from Grow and covers themes such as community and group dynamics, communication, conflict resolution, co-creation of activities, stress prevention, self-esteem, and self-confidence.<\/p> As ambassadors, they will be equipped with practical tools, a certificate, personal skills, as well as professional skills.
